"What we serve at Pomella is a combination of Levantine, Maghrebi, North African, Mediterranean, Eastern European & Middle Eastern Food. These are the flavors I grew up with in Israel. Israeli society is composed of immigrants from all of these regions, and of their offspring who are a mix of all these cultures & traditions."
